Meetup and access

Meet at Asin Station on the Jungang Line, Exit 1.
From central Seoul, travel time by subway is a little over one hour depending on your starting point.
Check the final destination of your train, because not all trains run all the way to Asin.
Staff will meet you at the station and drive about five minutes to the paragliding takeoff area.

Full description

Embark on a tandem paragliding adventure in Yangpyeong, just outside Seoul. After a short journey on the Jungang Line to Asin Station, you will be transported up to the mountain launch site, fitted with a comfortable harness, and guided through takeoff by your pilot.

A few steady steps are all it takes before you are airborne and gliding over the forests, fields, and river bends that make Yangpyeong one of the most scenic paragliding areas near Seoul. Your pilot controls the flight so you can relax, enjoy the view, and pose for photos.

Flights typically last around 10 to 15 minutes, though exact airtime depends on the weather and wind on the day. Total time for the experience, including transfers, briefing, and waiting for suitable conditions, is usually around 1 to 2 hours.

GoPro video is normally available and can be arranged directly with your pilot. After landing, the footage is transferred to your phone or shared digitally so you can relive and share the experience. This outing makes a great half day escape from Seoul without needing a car.
